USF St Pete - Poynter Library Bibliographic Research Session - and other prep for the research project

Our ULIM partners do not return to classes until February 10th.  (USF classes began on January 10th.)

However, this does not mean that we have to wait to get started to prepare for this comparative legal research project.

Prof. McLauchlan provided a number of resources to ensure that the students received all of the training that they needed in order to be successful with this research project.  For example,

**reading assignments (including a section devoted to "Researching Legal Materials" in the casebook as well as additional test related to Researching Constitutional Law)

**Library Tour and Bibliographic Research Instruction Session

We are so appreciative for the Poynter Library Tour and Bibliographic Research Session conducted by reference librarian and attorney Allison Symulevich!

**Legal Research Exercise assignment created to give students practice using Lexis, Westlaw, JSTOR, and other USF Library resources

**Canvas "course" and badge/credential related to preparing and presenting research posters

**Poynter Library resources (including videos) related to research posters - as well as a handy template
